I'm a UX designer based in Cork, Ireland, specialising in complex, domain-specific software. For the last four years I've been embedded in Pilz's product team, working on Myzel — a platform that helps safety engineers manage the full lifecycle of industrial machines.

My work spans the full design process: user research, strategy, concept development, detailed design, cross-team delivery, and post-launch iteration. I care most about understanding a domain deeply before designing anything — and about making complex processes feel manageable for the people who rely on them every day.

I believe the best UX in specialised domains isn't about simplification for its own sake. It's about precision, trust, and making the right thing easy to do — especially when the stakes are high.

When I'm not designing I'm usually at a UX conference, working through a course, or thinking about how to design better tools for people who take safety seriously.
